About the ranch
Run by an experienced horsewoman who lives on the land
High Meadow Ranch is owned and operated by Pat Sullivan, who has spent
more than four decades caring for horses in the Santa Ynez Valley. The
ranch is her home, which means your horse is looked after by the same
experienced hands every single day.
That continuity is the point. No rotating staff, no guesswork —

owners who can’t always be here in person.

How much does boarding cost?
Full-care pasture and retirement boarding start at $700 per month, including pasture turnout, daily observation, feed and fresh water, and coordination with your vet and farrier. Lay-up and recovery care is priced individually, based on your horse's needs and your veterinarian's plan.
